James Hearn and his SilverPeak Construction team have been working in and around the Northern areas of outer Melbourne since the inception of the business in 2012.
History
James completed his apprenticeship working predominately in the residential sector around the western suburbs of Melbourne. He wasn’t satisfied with the workmanship or how the clients were being treated, he wanted to change that and become his own boss so that he could offer a client experience that is positive. James wanted to have a conducive relationship so that each project he works on gives the individual client a lasting impression of James and his team.
His core values reflects this thinking.
